Pull the driver's window switch up and continue holding it up for a few seconds after it's fully closed. Repeat for the passenger window from the passenger's seat. Done! Seems like there's not enough voltage going through the switch to the driver side window, The 18 V supply is 50% more than the design of the motor, so it's very likely that it would run a lot better. The motor could be "tired", and that is why it's slower when using just the 12 V from the driver ... Try rolling all windows up then go to each individual door and hold the switch up for 5 seconds. Now the window works, but only sort of. When going down, it will go smoothly, but the auto down doesn’t work. When going up, it only goes in 1 inch increments.
