It seems as though most people in my class would average in the mid 60s to 70s on Rosh EOR qbanks. I was usually on the lower end in the 60s. So in my experience and from what I’ve heard from others, averaging around or greater than 65-70% on Rosh should generally mean you’re safe for the EORs. The worst EOR score I’ve had was ER and all the questions I missed were ortho, I knew going in I was terrible at ortho. But all in all I was prepared for the exam. Rosh isn’t really meant to teach you what you should’ve learned in didactic, but rather show you where your gaps are and prepare you for answering test questions.PAEA End of Rotation raw scores range from 0 to 100, making it appear relatively easy to transfer raw scores into percentages and thus letter grades. But even when 0 to 100 raw scores were reported, a raw score of 80 did not translate to “80%” for every program.

My EOR scores ranged from 80-97% and I passed the PANCE very easily. Technically my PANCE score percentage-wise was higher than half of my EORs. If you were getting higher than 70% on your EORs then I wouldn't worry at all. Studies have shown that EOR Exam scores directly corrPACKRAT may be administered multiple times and Psych was my first EOR and Rosh predicted a 487, got a 455. School didn't necessarily follow the blueprint (I learned the test wasn't from PAEA), so I can't use Rosh score conversions accurately anymore.
