For four months I've been reaching out to EA to get the same responses over and over. Even youtubers been speaking on it. I've done 10/11 players. The 11th player wasn't available to do for the final token. I put 2 tokens into the set which is gone now leaving me with 8 tokens only. You can't redo the set to even get those tokens again.
