If you have 2 Wrinklers, they will wither 100 billion CpS. They don't absorb 50 billion each, they both get 100 billion each. If you pop the second one to spawn 1 second after it reaches your cookie, it will have absorbed 100 billion cookies. Assuming you have no related upgrades, you will notice it dropped 110 billion cookies.
