Depending on gear and levels your target would need around ~26k effective ranged defense for crystal bow to beat blowpipe. That basically only leaves GWD.Currently a crystal shard costs 15k if you use the cheapest method to get them, trading in enhanced crystal teleport seeds. So it'd cost 450gp* for each hit you take while wearing crystal armour, and 150gp per shot with the Fbow. I think someone mentioned this earlier in the thread, but masori sits in a tier of being BiS, but is only owned by people who have the tbow. Gear progression for range atm heavily involved the Bowfa which pretty much always uses crystal armour. So for the players in that 300m to 1.5b bank range masori isnt really an option for them.The fbow has armour considerations for learners who use defence as a crutch, and 4 tick attacking messes some people up following the zuk shield. Helm is worth like 12% zuk dps compared to justi or veracs. That's a huge difference. You can also lazy flick with quick prayers as fbow.I also do not have a bgs/dwh for vork. full crystal + bowfa for hydra for 1) the pray bonus 2) to conserve scales + darts (because you will go through a tonnnn) and 3) increased range means more DPS while luring. Best shard/gp is enhanced crystal teleport seed, each gives 150 so you need 2 for armour and 14 for corrupted Bowfa. Each is about 3.1m so 50m. Total is about 254m or so. Reply.
