Nvm, I figured out what I did wrong. So I was using the wrong source file to put everything in. The best way to get to the correct Sandrock folder is to press the settings gear on steam > Properties > Installed files > Browse. This is the correct folder to paste bepinex in.Has anyone else encountered issues attempting to use BepinEx?
